As part as an incentive to get fit I got hold of Durwayne with a friend of mine to undertake a number of sessions. We worked on our core as well as targeting certain muscle groups. The sessions were hard work however they bore results that I hadn’t thought possible. Whilst being hard they also were enjoyable and also very interesting. He (Durwayne M) was very good at telling us why we were doing certain exercises and how the muscle groups were working with each other. It was very insightful into how the body worked. Jeff Campbell
