5 Day Strength & Conditioning Program
This 5 Days training routine is a combination of my favorite tried and tested exercises that got myself and my clients’ amazing results. These exercises can be performed by anyone at any fitness level as well as being easily adaptable. The routines and exercises are designed primarily for conventional gyms. I would definitely recommend having a fitness trainer at your local gym to observe your form and technique if you are not certain about your execution of the exercises.
